first, the calculation method of scaffolding
erection size: the vertical distance of the vertical pole is 1.20 meters, the horizontal distance is 1.05 meters, and the step distance is 1.20 meters.
steel pipe type: 48×3.5 steel pipe is used.
wall connection: 2 steps and 2 spans are used, the vertical spacing is 2.4 meters, and the horizontal spacing is 2.4 meters.
construction load: the uniformly distributed load is 3kn/m², 2 layers are constructed, and 4 layers of scaffolding boards are laid.
cantilever horizontal steel beam: [16b channel steel is used, the length of the outer cantilever section is 1.5 meters, and the length of the anchor section is 2.5 meters.
support rod and tie rod: the outermost support point is 2 meters away from the building. the support rod uses a 100.0×10.0mm steel pipe, and the tie rod also uses a 100.0×10.0mm steel pipe.
second, the calculation of the large crossbar
calculation method: calculate the strength and deflection according to the three-span continuous beam.
load calculation: the uniformly distributed load includes the standard value of the large crossbar’s deadweight p1=0.038kn/m, the standard value of the scaffolding load p2=0.15×1.05/3-0.053kn/m, and the standard value of the live load q=3×1.05/3=1.05kn/m.
static load calculation value: q1=1.2×0.038+1.2×0.053-0.109kn/m, live load calculation value: q2=1.4×1.05=1.47kn/m.
maximum deflection: v=(0.677×0.091+0.990×1.05)×12004(100×2.06×105×121900)-0.909mm, the maximum deflection is less than 1200/150 and 10mm, which meets the requirements.
third, the calculation of a small crossbar
calculation method: strength and deflection calculation according to simply supported beam.
load calculation: the standard value of large crossbar deadweight p1=0.038×1.20=0.046kn, the standard value of scaffolding board load p2=0.15×1.05×1.20/3-0.063kn, the standard value of live load q=3×1.05×1.20/3=1.26kn.
maximum bending moment: m=(1.2×0.038)×1.052/8+1.895×1.05/3-0.67kn.m=131.89n/mm², less than 205.0n/mm², meeting the requirements.
maximum deflection: v=v1+v2=2.264mm, less than 1050/150 and 10mm, meeting the requirements.
